What is the risk of a sudden change from Dutilox to Efectin?

I had a change of medication from efectin to dutilox. I went from one drug to another. For a week and a half I was on a full dose of dutilox 60 mg. Unfortunately, I've been feeling worse for some time. Palpitations, irritability, sometimes dizziness, sometimes I did not know what was wrong with me. Yesterday I didn't know what to do with myself. Unable to contact my doctor, I bought efectin 150 back and today I took it instead of dutilox. Can I harm myself in this way?

These drugs should not be changed so rapidly, because it can lead to the occurrence of withdrawal syndrome manifested most often: dizziness, nausea, vomiting, anxiety or sleep disorders, although the reaction is always individual. The symptoms you have described are typical side effects of Dutilox. Dutilox and Efectin have a similar mechanism of action to some extent, which may reduce the likelihood of withdrawal syndrome. However, you should contact your doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
