In general, it is best to wait until the drug is completely removed from the body (it takes about 5 half-lives, in this case 5x12h). The combination of Afobam with alcohol can cause excessive sedation, calming. If the drug is not completely eliminated, there is no guarantee that the interaction will not occur.

Alcohol consumption while taking Alpragen is contraindicated. The time after which half the dose of the drug remains in the body is about 10-12 hours, in the elderly it can be up to 26 hours. After about 60 hours, the drug is completely removed from the body. After this time, there are no adverse interactions of alcohol with Alpragen.
