This is not recommended. The usual dose of bromhexine for an adult is 8 mg 3 times a day. Do not exceed the daily dose of 24 mg of this substance. I attach a link to information about the drug with bromhexine, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30260/flegamina-classic-tabletki/apteki
