Can I have numbness in my limbs after Concor Cor?

Good morning, for two weeks I have been taking the drug Concor Cor 1.25 mg once a day in the morning, for two days I noticed that my right calf hurts, I feel such a tingling in the right foot and it is very cold, is it a side effect of this drug? Should I put it away?

Feeling cold and numbness of the limbs is one of the side effects of Concor Cor. These side effects are classified as common, that is, they occur from more than 1 person in 100 to less than 1 person in 10. Do not stop taking the medicine yourself without consulting your doctor. Doing so may pose a health risk. If the indicated symptoms significantly reduce the comfort of life, the drug therapy should be consulted with a doctor in order to verify it and possibly choose another preparation.
