In what order to apply drugs and care creams for rosacea?

Good morning, for reddened skin of the face I received the cream Rozex in the morning + Soolantra for the evening, both for use only for skin lesions. In the recommendations I also have information about the need to use a caring cream from the series supporting the treatment of rosacea. I wanted to ask, how to combine these products? I.e. can I use the cream directly on the drugs used at the point, or vice versa? I will be grateful for the tips - thank you.
