Can I take LiotoMax 3 twice a day if 1 tablet per day is recommended on the package?
Hello. The doctor recommended LiotoMax 3 tablets in the package it says 1 tablet a day and my doctor recommended 2x1. My questions: * is it safe to take two a day? * Can the tablet be opened and swallowed? (problems swallowing tablets) Thanks in advance for your reply.

Yes, it will be safe to use two tablets a day. The doses of active ingredients in LiotoMax 3 are supplementary doses, not medicinal doses, so they are correspondingly lower than those used in medicinal products. For example, in drug products, the dose of diosmin is up to 1000 mg, while in the LiotoMax 3 supplement the diosmin content is 400 mg. Therefore, you should have no reason to worry and use the supplement 2 times a day. If the capsules are too large to swallow, you can open them and open them.
