What does it mean when the gynecologist after the ultrasound examination said the absence of visible sperm?? That is, I will not get pregnant because they are not there?

It seems to me that the gynecologist could say "no visible follicles" - the absence of visible follicles can mean the absence of ovulation and then there is no possibility of getting pregnant.
