If there is a black stool, should I stop taking Cipronex?

Since yesterday I have been taking Cipronex, under two hours from taking the first dose I have a black stool, or in this case discontinue the drug? My doctor is on holiday🙄

Cipronex should not cause a change in the colour of the stool or gastrointestinal bleeding that could cause this - all the more so within 2 hours of taking the first dose. It is worth going to the general practitioner to diagnose the cause of such a reaction. If there are no other disturbing symptoms, then there is no need to discontinue the drug.
