What medications for ADHD can be used?

The son uses medikinet cr 40 mg and works great but only for 8 hours later he is agitated and aggressive. We tried to give rispolept, aryzalere, haloperidol and tisercin in the afternoon, but after each one the appetite increased hyperactivity and urinary incontinence. What else can you try?

Hello. We have Medikinet 20 mg, for mild ADHD. In my opinion, the drug works about 5.6 hours. When the child is at school. When you come to somu, there is hell. Aggression, insults... I also do not know what to do next. The doctor tells you to continue taking Medikinet. I have a 2-year-old and eyelids honestly that understands you ... Best regards

The son has autism and ADHD we are under the control of a psychiatrist every two months but unfortunately subsequent prescribed drugs only increase hyperactivity, gluttony and urinary incontinence. Hence, I ask for suggestions of other afternoon drugs so that I can suggest on the basis of, for example, the observation of parents. The psychiatrist says that the son is drug-resistant but it does not help me to find in life with a 7-year-old that in 3 people we are not able to control. I'm heartbroken because I have another baby at home and he's barely alive by an older one.
