Is it possible to be locally anesthetized while taking Epclusa?

Local anesthetics (e.g. lignocaine with adrenaline, which can be given to relieve the sensation of pain) work primarily at the site of administration, so taking Epclusa will not be a contraindication to local anesthesia.
