Good morning, at this point I would stop at observing the child. If you experience side effects such as: diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever - please contact your doctor. Please do not give another dose from the newly purchased package today. The dose of Pyrantelum is repeated after two or three weeks. After this administration, I suggest contacting the pediatrician, who, based on the result of the study, will determine whether the dose of the drug given today was effective or not. In order to avoid this type of mistake in the future, I suggest regularly checking the expiration dates of medicines that are in the house. I attach a link to the article on how to safely dispose of expired medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-gdzie-wyrzucac-leki and a list of pharmacies that take expired medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/apteki/przeterminowane-leki, Regards
