Elocom is a prescription product, so the symptoms should be assessed in advance by a doctor. Elocom is a glucocorticosteroid product used to relieve inflammatory symptoms and itching in some skin diseases such as psoriasis and AD. For dry, flaky and cracked lesions, it is recommended to use ointment, not liquid. If the photo attached to the question shows your foot ailments, please consult a doctor. If you have diabetes or circulatory problems - please contact your diabetologist or other doctor who is treating you.
