Currently, in pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek with the content of cinacalcet, only Cinacalcet Accord 60 mg and Mimpara preparations are available: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92249/cinacalcet-accord-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-malopolskim https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/49219/mimpara-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-polsce It is difficult for me to refer to the resources of the portal you mention, but the information "Preparation available - packaging in continuous sale" is also available for these drugs, which as of today are completely unavailable and even withdrawn from the market (e.g. Ozempic, Climara-50). Perhaps the point is that these are products with a valid marketing authorization.
