For this reason, despite the fact that both of these preparations have the status of a dietary supplement, so their purpose is to supplement the diet with nutrients, and not to treat specific health problems, it is safest to avoid taking them at the same time. In addition, I remind you that when using any of the above-mentioned preparations, you should take care of the proper supply of fluids - a minimum of 2.5 liters per day.
