If I have elevated d'dimers and aptt, can I take vitamin K2?

Good morning, I would like to start using Wit d3 plus K2. I have a question about this vitamin K2. In recent studies, I had elevated ddimers and attp a little too low. I'm a little afraid of thrombosis and I wonder if Wit K2 is not conducive to thrombosis. Is it better to give it up in my case?

Vitamin K2 supplementation does not directly lead to the development of thrombosis. However, a deficiency of this vitamin may be dangerous, because it promotes the deposition of calcium under the atherosclerotic plaque, which consequently damages the vascular endothelium and increases the risk of thrombosis. Therefore, in your case, supplementation of vitamin D3 with K2 is indicated. In pharmacies, this combination is available in the form of supplements that can be purchased without a prescription, also with home delivery, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92303/d-vitum-forte-2000-j-m-k2-mk-7-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96050/vigalex-d3-k2-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/90318/molekin-d3-k2-tabletki-powlekane/apteki More examples can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/menachinon-witamina-k2
