Can the Dalacin C antibiotic capsule be spilled and dissolved?

Good morning, can I dalacin c 300 open and make the contents with water? I have jaws after extraction and there is no option for me to swallow a tablet. I know that theoretically it should not but can I make an exception in this situation? Is it dangerous?

The manufacturer does not recommend opening the capsule and pouring out its contents, so if you have a problem with swallowing it, it is worth asking a doctor who may recommend the use of a suspension in this situation. Since Dalacin in suspension is currently practically unavailable in pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21075/dalacin-c-granulat-do-wytworzenia-syropu/apteki, the doctor may recommend an antibiotic with a different composition and a similar effect.
