Good morning, I have adenomyosis, I have always had very abundant, painful and red-blooded periods. Two days ago I started another and for the first time I have practically no pain, and the blood that flows out of me is black, brown, sometimes even gray-green. I don't smell any ugly (or typically bloody) smell. Is this normal or should I see a doctor?
