Hello. I have a question ... I did 2 pregnancy tests and they showed a positive result... yesterday there was brown mucus and the test result again showed that it is positive .... the doctor found 7 weeks of pregnancy but on ultrasound did not show a follicle ... and the doctor found a miscarriage ??? is there a chance that at 7 weeks of pregnancy such a test may not have shown a follicle? Can stinging in the ovaries be a sign of miscarriage ?? brown spotting occurred 1 day and then nothing ...

The gestational follicle should be visible from the 4th-5th week of pregnancy. At week 7, the ultrasound image of the fetus should already be visible and the doctor should be able to visualize the fetal heart function. A urine pregnancy test may be positive for some time after a miscarriage (from a few days to several weeks). The most common symptom of early miscarriage are bleeding and spotting, unusual vaginal discharge, sometimes also cramps or abdominal pain. If you have any doubts about your situation, it may be worth considering a gynecological consultation again.
