Can I postpone giving Ospamox to my child an hour earlier?
I have a daughter 2.5 years, I take the antibiotic osmpamox suspension 500/5ml 2 x 3 ml. ( She has 12kg). Can I postpone taking the medicine an hour earlier? Takes every 12 h. So far, I gave the first dose at noon. And I would like to move at least to 11-23

This should be ok, but even in this case, the occurrence of possible side effects of the drug cannot be 100% excluded.
Is it today at 22 and tomorrow at 8am? Will it be ok then?

For @Karolina: I would recommend a more gradual change in the time of administration of the drug, e.g. to start at 22:00-23:00, to avoid side effects such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
