Where to check the information on the size and divisibility of tablets?

Hello, I take two drugs for hypertension, instead of Bisocard 2.5mg the doctor changed it to the drug Corectin 5mg - only I have to take half - at my request because it comes out cheaper, unfortunately the tablets are very small and it is difficult for me to break them in half because they crumble.. instead of Corectin I can choose Coronal or Bicardef replacements next time or is there information somewhere that these tablets will be larger? Information on the possibility of dividing the tablets can be found in a document called the summary of product characteristics, sometimes it also contains information about the dimensions of the tablets. In order to facilitate the division of the tablet, you can use special tablet cutters. If problems with the dosage of half a tablet will be very troublesome, it is worth considering returning to the 2.5mg dose available in one tablet.
