The characteristics of Staloral do not mention possible exercise or avoidance of the sun: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/74585/staloral-300-wyciagi-alergenowe-roztoczy-kurzu-domowego-plyn/charakterystyka-produktu/84144 However, weakness and difficulty breathing have been reported during the use of Staloral m.in. These are side effects of the drug, which may indicate the need to avoid exertion. In case of doubts about additional recommendations (e.g. regarding participation in physical education classes), I encourage you to consult your doctor. I believe that the recommendation should be treated individually for each patient (m.in due to the different tolerance of the preparation). It may happen that the doctor recommends the use of antiallergic drugs during treatment with Staloral. If the doctor's recommendation is made, this is the correct procedure and reduces the risk of side effects of the preparation. Drugs can be used at any interval.
