Biodacin Ophthalmicum 0.3% is a drug intended for use in the eyes. The active ingredient of the drops - amikacin is not used in ear preparations. What's more, it can cause irreversible, partial or complete deafness if it enters the systemic circulation (e.g. application to a wound, damaged skin). If such use was not prescribed by a doctor, then you should not give drops in this way.
