I want to replace Saxenda treatment with Rybelsus - do I need to grade the dose?
If I want to replace Saxenda treatment with Rybelsus, do I have to grade the dose? I took over Saxenda about 1 year in a 3 mg donor.

Saxenda contains liraglutide and Rybelsus contains semaglutide. These are other substances, so the new drug should be dosed so that the treatment only begins, i.e. the dose is gradually increased and how tolerated the drug is observed.
