Could black finger deceptions and hanging huge spiders be side effects of Augmentin?

My mom is only the third day after the implanted pacemaker. Immediately after the operation everything was fine, she talked logically, and since yesterday she has been speaking completely illogically, she has some black finger deceptions and huge spiders hanging around.
