I forgot to ask the allergist if I should continue to give Milukante if there is no allergy but a problem with discharge in the middle lobe of the lung? The child is 3.8 years old. Best regards

Milukante is an anti-asthmatic drug with anti-inflammatory effect and prevents bronchospasms. Recommended in addition or as an alternative to other anti-inflammatory drugs (corticosteroids). It is not an antihistamine (antiallergic) drug. The question of whether you should continue to give the medicine to your child should be directed to the attending physician and, if you are unable to contact, to your primary care physician. I enclose a detailed description of the preparation you are asking about: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/49148/milukante-tabletki-do-ssania-gryzienia-zucia/ulotka/142707
