Can I take a vines tablet if the day before I unsealed the "silverware" from it. While pulling out the tablet by accident, I pressed too hard and silver - the opening from the tablet next to it broke. The tablet did not fall out, it still remained in place. Can I take this pill tomorrow or can it reduce the effectiveness?

You can use the tablet, its effectiveness will be preserved. Efficacy could be reduced if the tablet gets wet, dissolved or exposed to direct sunlight. Unsealing the silverware alone will not reduce its effectiveness.
