Is there scientific evidence for the effectiveness of bioresonance?

Good morning. I have a question whether magnetic bioresonance is a reliable study? I had done at the trichologist that due to the problems of the ear and in the study showed that I have parasites in the lungs I was very scared because I do not even smoke cigarettes I have no idea where they came from. The trichologist said that she could register me online to a doctor who is supposed to have parasites supposedly only two in Poland. She said that I have to do a fecal and urine test and even if no parasite comes out as a result I have to come to her and arrange me online with a doctor from parasites.I do not know if I believe in such a resonance admittedly showed that I have a problem with bones which is true because I have a sick spine and also showed that there is a gynecological infection that I also had some time ago And I treated it. I do not know how I can check if I actually have these parasites in my lungs and how to cure it. Thank you for your reply

This is all very wise, but maybe we should first check what is the declared effectiveness of detecting pathogens by conventional tests and whether it would not be more reliable to flip a coin, and then check other facts, such as that in Poland no doctor can treat fluke infection and because there are no drugs for flukes available in Poland. Unless you are a dog, then you already have access to tests that have higher credibility and to medications, but the veterinarian still has to believe that you are this dog...

Bioresonance is a method used in the so-called unconventional medicine. Due to the lack of any scientific evidence on the effectiveness of this diagnostic method, bioresonance is not recognized in conventional medicine as a method of diagnosis or treatment of diseases. The only person with the authority to diagnose is the doctor. A trichologist is a specialist in dealing with scalp and hair problems. Although it sometimes happens that the trichologist is also a doctor, most often these are people without medical education who have completed a trichological course. If the person you were dealing with is not a doctor, she should not have made a diagnosis or recommended further tests, as she is not entitled to do so. Recommending a visit to a doctor dealing with the treatment of parasitic diseases, regardless of the results of the tests carried out, may raise doubts. Consulting your health condition, and what is worse, treatment carried out by people without medical education, in addition to not bringing the expected health effects, may threaten life and health. Please also pay attention to the fact that intimate infections are a common problem that almost every woman experiences in her life. Problems with the spine also occur quite often, so the "demonstration" of these problems by bioresonance does not prove its effectiveness. First of all, I encourage you to go to the general practitioner. The doctor, after collecting the anamnesis, will decide whether further tests are necessary, and if he deems it appropriate, he will refer you to a pulmonologist or infectious medicine doctor.
