Is it possible to use Palgotal and Dicloberl Retard at the same time?

I have ra, at the moment I take 14 days Dicloberl retard on the spine to this came knee pain ra . Can I use Paltogal overnight? I have used this drug once for the night but I do not remember if I combined it with Dicloberl retard, I always have this drug at home (Paltogal) Dicloberl I always take in the morning. Thank you in advance.

The concomitant use of Palgotal and Dicloberl Retard is only permitted if the doctor deems it necessary. The concomitant use of diclofenac contained in Dicloberl Retard and paracetamol in Palgotal increases the risk of kidney damage and complications related to increased blood clotting time.
