I have been taking Trulicity 0.75 for 4 weeks. The scale stands still. Should The Doctor increase my dose to 1.5? I do not take other medications.

No, your doctor should not increase your dose of Trulicity solely because of your unsatisfactory weight loss. Trulicity is not a "weight loss" drug. It is indicated in type two diabetes and can - in combination with proper diet and physical exercise - result in weight loss. However, if such an effect does not occur and the indicators of blood glucose levels (m.in glycated hemoglobin level) are normal, there is no basis for increasing the dose. I enclose a link to the discussion on weight loss when using Trulicity you will read here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/8958/trulicity-czy-lek-trulicity-powoduje-spadek-masy-ciala
