Yes, you can combine Coaxil with analgesics such as paracetamol and anti-inflammatory drugs, e.g. ibuprofen. During the treatment with Coaxil, antibiotics can also be taken. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/zapalenie-ucha-jak-leczyc-i-zapobiegac
