Thank you for the information, but I am still not very convinced, if indeed thin material is not a problem, it can happen all year round, even in the middle of winter and I personally can not imagine a situation when I would give adrenaline through, for example, ski pants. Therefore, this record in the characteristics is not very appropriate, especially when adrenaline is to be given by someone who has no idea how to do it.

No, this is not absurd. The Summary of Product Characteristics clearly states that the auto-injector is designed to be administered through clothing or directly through the skin. Of course, it is better to do this without outerwear, but it should be borne in mind that this is a drug for which the speed of administration is crucial for saving health and life. Therefore, it is better to apply the preparation through a thin layer of clothing than to waste time exposing the body, especially if the clothes are difficult to pull off.
