Can I combine Thiocodin and Clatra?

Good morning. I am taking the drug clatra, can I take thicodin tablets? If so, after what time? On the leaflet there is a provision that thicodin should not be combined with antihistamines. Thank you for your reply.

It is not recommended to combine codeine (the active substance of Thiocodin) with antihistamines (in this case, bilastin - the active substance of Clatra) at the same time. This combination, even with a time interval, can exacerbate side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating. Sometimes the simultaneous use of these drugs can cause a drop in blood pressure.
