It is not recommended to combine codeine (the active substance of Thiocodin) with antihistamines (in this case, bilastin - the active substance of Clatra) at the same time. This combination, even with a time interval, can exacerbate side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating. Sometimes the simultaneous use of these drugs can cause a drop in blood pressure.
