How many days can I give children Icelandic Medic+ Syrup?

Hello In the pharmacy I was recommended for children Icelandic syrup medic plus with hyaluronic acid. It helps the children a lot, they stopped coughing at night, during the day there is still a cough somewhere. My question, how long can I give to children?

To my knowledge, Icelandic syrup can be given to children for a maximum of 14 days. If after this time the symptoms do not go away, I recommend consulting a doctor.
