Good morning. My menstruation is late within a month I had two (separate) bleedings that lasted for three days. Since yesterday my stomach hurts yesterday I was terribly deficient and today my stomach hurts and light cramps appear. I use birth control pills. What could be the cause of this? Thank you in advance for your reply.

These symptoms can have many causes. I would like to mention that during the use of contraceptive pills there is no natural menstruation, but artificially induced bleeding, which during the first 3-4 months of therapy may also appear in the middle of the cycle and be irregular. If these symptoms worsen, you should consult a doctor.
