Which drug with magnesium and vitamin B6 has the smallest tablets?

Hello, I would like to know if there is any magnesium with vitamin b6 in small tablets? I have trouble swallowing large pills. I want it to be a drug and not a supplement due to a deficiency (tetany) Regards
