Hello, if anti-Yasminelle tablets want to take every day at 10 p.m. is it the right time? Because on the leaflet he writes that the tablet must be taken up to 12 hours from taking the previous one.. I understand it so that I can not at 22 because the time then increases much longer than 12 hours

The tablet should be taken every day at the same time of day. So you can take the pill every day in the evening around 10 p.m. A 12-hour break applies to the situation if you forget to take the pill in the evening - then taking the pill with a delay of up to 12 hours - does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness - that is, if you forget to take the pill at 22, but you manage to apply it the next day by 10 am - protection will be maintained. If the delay in taking the tablet is longer than 12 hours, i.e. you forget to take the tablet at 22 and remember the next day after 10 am - protection may be reduced. Then follow the instructions in the leaflet (they vary depending on the week in which the dose was missed).
