Good morning, I have been taking Vix birth control pills for several months...

Good morning, I have been taking Vixpo birth control pills for several months, in the evenings at about 7 pm. Yesterday (15.04) I started a new blister and took the first pill and at the same time I started to have diarrhea (probably bowel disease). Two hours after taking the pills, I vomited. I took another one and two hours later the same thing. The question is, can I take a third pill, or can something happen to me? Will the situation happen again then should I take the fourth?

It would be best to wait a few hours until the stomach situation calms down and only then take another - the third tablet. It is important that no more than 12 hours have passed since the time when you usually take the contraceptive pill - then the protection will be preserved.
