What sore throat pills can I use if I use medication after a heart attack?

Hello, 2 years ago I had a heart attack and I am taking medications such as nebilet, roswera, zophenil, and pluscard. At the moment I have a problem with a sore throat and I need information on what lozenges/lozenges I can use. Those that do not contain nsaids and will not interfere with other drugs.

If you care about preparations and neutral composition, you can use tablets with Icelandic lichen, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/38370/isla-cassis-pastylki-lamelki-zelki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/6983/argentussin-gardlo-czarna-porzeczka-pastylki-lamelki-zelki/apteki as well as gargling preparations that are spit out after application or aerosols based on herbs, natural ingredients or silver compounds, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/42453/larimax-t-aerozol/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/6949/argentin-t-aerozol/apteki When it comes to lozenges with disinfectant ingredients, Neo-Angin may be suitable, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/52594/neo-angin-tabletki-do-ssania-gryzienia-zucia/apteki So far, no significant interactions with other drugs used orally for this product have been found.
