There are certain interactions between the medicinal substances contained in the medicinal products mentioned in the question. They can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other drugs the patient is already taking. Do not use these preparations without consulting a doctor. The combination of Zoloft and Dxepine may be therapeutically beneficial, but the patient should be closely monitored for signs of toxicity and/or serotonin syndrome during the use of the combination. Serotonin syndrome is manifested m.in confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. an increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. Therefore, if you observe this type of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis about further proceedings.
