Is it possible to use Mufluil for dry cough?

Moufluil is a preparation containing acetylcysteine - a substance that increases the secretion of mucus in the respiratory tract, reduces its viscosity, causes liquefaction of the inculcating secretion and facilitates its expectoration. The drug does not enhance the cough reflex if there is no residual discharge, therefore dry cough in itself is not a contraindication to its use. There are no contraindications to, for example, use Mufluil in the morning, while in the evening, before bedtime or in the event of an attack of dry cough during the day, use an antitussive drug.
