Is pregabalin addictive?

Good morning. The neurologist prescribed me for neuropathic pains Pragiola 75 mg 1 tablet per night for 2 months until the next visit. My question is after what time you can become addicted to this drug because I have fears of taking.

No evidence is available to determine after which time pregabalin contained in Pragiola may develop an addiction. This is a very individual matter. Cases of drug dependence are noted often. People who have a history of drug addiction or who are prone to drug abuse are more at risk of addiction. Taking the drug at a dose of 75 mg 1 time per day for 2 months, provided that you follow the doctor's instructions, the risk of developing addiction is small. In the event that the patient notices that the body has "got used to" the drug being taken and the dose of the drug taken so far is not sufficient to cause the desired effect, he should report it to the doctor.
