There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. These drugs can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. The use of long-acting drugs that dilate the airways from the group of sympathomimetics (e.g. Symbicort) and beta-blockers may weaken the effect of formoterol. Therapy should be started with low doses of Lokren and the patient's reactions should be monitored. The combination of Symbicort and Pramolan increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). Due to the fact that Pramolan, Lokren and Symbicort are prescription drugs, therefore the legitimacy and need for their use in therapy is assessed by the doctor. Do not use these preparations without consulting a doctor.
