The effect of St. John's wort extract can last up to 1-2 weeks. Therefore, protection can be reduced even for 1-2 weeks of using tablets. You can take the tablet normally - at the time when you usually use the medicine, but you should use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom for 2 weeks from the day you take the drops on your stomach.
