Why can Amotax be dissolved and Ospamox recommended to be swallowed whole?

Why can Amotax tablets be dissolved and Ospamox in tablets cannot and it is recommended to polykac whole with ospamox?

Amotaks is available in two versions: Amotaxi tablets and Amotaks Dis. Only the latter form is intended for dissolution, or as the poducent determines - for the preparation of a suspension. Ospamox is in the form of film-coated tablets and therefore the manufacturer has provided for the possibility of dividing or crushing tablets.
