Unfortunately, such a combination requires a change in the dosage regimen of drugs, so the decision in this case should be made by the doctor. Medikinet in the form of modified-release (CR) tablets works differently than immediate-release tablets (without CR) - therefore, in this case, the combination of two different forms of drugs may not bring the expected and satisfactory results.
