Good morning, I read that inhalation with Berodual 10 drops and saline 1 ml takes about 1-3 minutes. I use 40 drops and 2.5 ml of salt. After 15 minutes of inhalation through the mouthpiece, the same amount of medicine remains in the tank. However, when inhaling Nebbud, an ampoule of 2 ml is 15 minutes. Is this correct? I have a new air-piston inhaler. Uses a method for the lower respiratory tract.

With the NOVAMA FAMILINO By FLAEM inhaler, the manufacturer declares that the average nebulization time of 2 ml of the drug 5 minutes in the "larger molecules" mode and less than 7 minutes in the "smaller particles" mode. In order for the inhalation to be carried out correctly, it is necessary to properly assemble the nebulizer - perhaps this is where the problem lies. Please read the instructions carefully again. Please also remember that always after inhalation there is a so-called dead volume - that is, a small amount of the drug in the nebulizer, usually about 0.3 ml - so the container is not emptied "to zero". I attach a photo from the installation instructions for the nebulizer - in my opinion, there may be a problem here.
