Is Biosotal 20 or 10 on sale so that you don't have to share the pills?

The doctor recommended me to take biosotal 40 - 1/4 tabl. in the morning and 1/4 tabl. in the evening. The division of the tablet into 4 parts a little problematic. Is there biosotal 20 on sale - then the division into only half, and preferably as if it were biosotal 10.

Unfortunately, the smallest registered and available dose of Biosotal is 40mg. In order to make it easier to divide the tablet, I suggest buying a tablet cutter.
