What happens if the child ate some Hydrocortisonum cream?

Will something happen when the son of a 2-year-old ate a little Hydrocortisonum ointment? I'm not exactly sure if he took it in his mouth because I only noticed that he kept the unscrewed mask in his hands and immediately took it away from him

Consumption of a small amount of cream should not hurt. Nevertheless, the child should be observed, for example, for symptoms such as vomiting, nausea, increased thirst, drowsiness, apathy or frequent urination - this type of symptoms may indicate an overdose of the drug and require consultation with a doctor.
