How to deal with dry spots and nosebleeds while taking Axotret?

Good morning. I have been taking Axotret since December. (In 2019, I also used izotek). And in fact, for two weeks I noticed such rough spots on my hands that do not pinch or anything. They just look bad on the skin. And since yesterday nosebleeds, most often in the morning and in the afternoon. Is it possible to deal with it somehow? With these spots and hemorrhages ? Thank you very much and I wish you a lot of health

Both the skin and the nasal mucosa should be moisturized, as isotretinoin (the active ingredient in Izotek and Axotret) strongly dries the mucous membranes (including the nose, which causes capillaries to rupture and bleed) and the skin. In pharmacies, there are many emollients available for use on the skin, which will work well in restoring its hydration and getting rid of rough spots during therapy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/emolienty On the other hand, an ointment with a soothing and regenerating effect can be used for the nose, e.g. Alantan Plus: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3050/alantan-plus-masc/apteki Ointment can be applied, e.g. on a cotton bud.
