Is it possible to take 4 tablets of Betaloc ZOK at 25 instead of 1 at 100?

Hello. If the doctor has increased the dose of betaloc zok from 25 to 100 once a day, can I take 4 tablets at a time in a dose of 25? Does it make a difference if one hundred or 4 tablets of 25 take?

By all means, you can take 4 tablets of 25 mg at a time instead of 1 of 100 mg. I would like to add that this medicine is best taken every day at a fixed time, regardless of the meal. I attach the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10475/betaloc-zok-100-tabletki/ulotka/69250
